Ya Gaza / يا غزة is a fundraising campaign grounded in the conviction that material support and visible resistance belong together. One of its forms is a T-shirt initiative, with all proceeds directed to Gaza. While no single gesture can be enough, Ya Gaza forms part of a broader movement of transnational solidarity, aligning with calls for justice, freedom, and an end to oppression in Palestine.
Ya Gaza / يا غزة is both a call and a commitment: to stand with Gaza in love, endurance, and collective struggle. We invited artists to create new wearable symbols of solidarity, drawing from their own visual languages and perspectives.
Ya Gaza / يا غزة is also a call for visibility. At a time when public expressions of solidarity with Palestine are increasingly restricted or criminalized, it feels more urgent than ever to carve out space for resistance, visibly, collectively, and unapologetically.
Proceeds from the T-shirts are distributed through a rotating support system to Palestinian and solidarity-led initiatives. Current donations go to Gaza Soup Kitchen and The Sameer Project, two local, community-based efforts providing care and relief on the ground.
